Contacting family and friends

You may be the person who keeps a tidy address book or electronic file of contact details. Or you may have a mass of scraps of paper in a bowl, email addresses linked only to your suddenly inaccessible email account and numbers on an old mobile phone. Taking an hour now to pull together the contact details for everyone who would want to know if something happened to you, and then putting that list with other Plan If documents could make things much easier for your family.

In addition, this list would help your family keep in contact with people important to you who may provide stories and links about you for your child(ren).

If you also add addresses while you’re about it, you’ll have Christmas/birthday/holiday postcard lists sorted too. Especially if you can turn them into address labels.
